We Have A Home ............
We just got a phone call and they excepted our bid on the condo so we will be home owners again . We are both very happy and have a lot of wonderful ideas.... We will now have to wait a few weeks for the closing and the place will be ours. Then the work begins but it will be a labor of love. Charlie is handy and I love to decorate so we will enjoy geting our home ready. We are staying in our friends home so that will give us the time to paint and put down the new carpet. I will take 
pictures as we go along.
I love the colors in this picture and that is the colors that my kitchen cupboards will be. The colors remind me of a country cottage or old farmhouse and that is the look I want to achieve.
I just wanted every one to know I will not be homeless for long and I will take you along on the home improvement job. It will be fun and I will ask for your help along the way. I will own a condo with a beautiful view and when it is finished it will be our little country cottage. We will be out looking for new furniture also. I have my sofa and two chairs in our pod and I am going to get new white washed furniture which will be a welcome change for me. I will now sit back read a few blogs while I enjoy a hot cup of Chi tea. I have a home............yes......Sharon Kay

I can't wait to shop with you and work on the condo with you...it will be a great winter get away for me...then it will be spring and you can show it off to the Vista Villa family...getting my painting clothes out of storage right now...LOLOL

Thanks for dropping by my site, yes that darn thrift store keeps calling me and you know I just have to go. Thought it was worth while today, got some good stuff.
Going to go sometime soon and get a big bullitin board to put up near my scrapbooking stuff, when I do I will post a picture.

Oh I love it! I'd so love to experiment this way but...
My husband the woodworker, simply can't see covering furniture, with paint. Of course, he does fantastic refinishing of any furniture, which needs it. But still, I'd love to try some, painted white. :-)
